service you and your staff provide. When we contacted you in January
2007 about putting an A/C unit in our home, you came out within and
hour to look at the situation and explain the new type unit now
available for homes, we received a written bid and brochure on the new
unit within 2 days. After we decided to have this installed you had
your staff here as promised and the installation went wonderful from
being on time to a very courteous knowledgeable staff. After the
installation was complete they explained the unit and how to operate it
and answering all of our questions. They even cleaned the entire area
they were working in before they left. When the staff returned to the
shop you called to confirm that everything was working, if we
understood how to operate it and that we were satisfied with everything
or had any questions, that made the entire process a very satisfying
experience. The price was very competitive and the service from start
to finish was exceptional!!! Thank you again for everything and please

Joe installed a Carrier hightech furnace in my home 12 years ago, it has been problem free until today 11-14-06. I called Joe and he had a service tech at my house in less than 30 mins. Within 50 mins my furnace was repaired and the tech was on his way. I don't know of very many, if any Heating and Air business that are dedicated to providing the kind of service J&C does. I will always reccomend J&C to my friends and family.

My experience working with Joe was flawless. I live in California, but needed a gas furnace for my property in Pocatello, Idaho. Through my research, Joe's name kept surfacing and I decided to take a look at his website. J&C Heating and Cooling Inc., is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, which was important to me. I also noticed all of the community service that J&C Heating and Cooling Inc., has done over the years and that impressed me. As a business owner myself, I believe it is very important to give back to the communities who support our business endeavors.

Joe, I want to give you some information concerning the efficiency of
the new Carrier airconditioning unit that you installed in early 2000.
I have compared my power bills for June and July 2000 with the bills I
received in June and July 2001 and for both months, the kilowatt usage
has been cut in half! I knew that I would be saving some kilowatt usage
on this new unit but had no idea that the savings were going to be that
dramatic. Further, the new unit seems to keep the house much cooler
than the old one. So, everything is really COOL at my place. Thanks,

Joe,
I wanted to thank you for the immediate response to my furnace
problem. J&C was the only company out of four that volunteered to
help us out in a tough situation Sunday night. The heaters that you
delivered that night saved us. Your willingness to help, not knowing
whether you would even get the job, speaks volumes to your commitment
to customer service. I was very impressed with the installation as
well. Your crew was prompt and very efficient laying down tarps on the
floor and cleaning up after installation. They asked if everything was

find that type of concern any more. We are planning to install a wood
stove in our cabin soon and insist that you do the work, if possible.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you again for all the help
with our SEABAC facility. My company had already worked with several
HVAC companies within the area and had the same resolution with each,
way too much expenditure for a non-functional system. I appreciated
your willingness to reasearch our demands (because of our cleanroom
facility and the variations in HVAC specifications) and consult
directly with the carrier engineering team, our engineering team, and
use your own personal experience. Unfortunately, my company had to
experience a year of faulty craftsmanship and design before we finally
were able to find someone who did what they said they would do and
produced a great product. The amount of time you put into the project
(discussing design, spec's, etc.) before even securing the bid was
impressive and reassuring. The projected timelines for completion were
dead on (in fact you actually beat both of them) and we were ecstatic

We
have had several occasions to work with J&C Heating over the past
few years. They have helped us with repairs, problem shooting, and new
installations. The most recent was our new 13000 square foot Idaho
Falls store. Their prices are very competitive, the work is done well,
and there is a fast turn around time. I would recommend J&C, and
plan to use them again in the near future on another new project.
